I've always used Getty release forms. And from what I've heard they're pretty much the gold standard as far as being legally bulletproof.

Thanks for the two forms of release. I have downloaded them and will figure out which one I prefer for my style of photography.
I don't do a lot or retouching of other peoples work , usually just a few archaic ones for friends, family, etc., but you all have opened my eyes to legal possibilities.
