| I'm looking to form an llc in new york Im looking to form an LLC. in NY for my DJ/Photog biz My questions are: Has/Have anyone here set up an LLC for themselves for Photography? What did it cost you? I know in NY its a 200 dollar filing fee with the state, then you must put adds in local papers stating you articles of organization. The ppl at the offices that deal with this are not too helpful so Im just looking for some insight from Photographers that have done this... Thanks in Advance Matt  |
