if they're posted on the internet lodge a Notice of Infringement with the webhost.

Depends a many things:
- Nature of infringement (commercial or non commercial)
- Venue / Media
- Complete copy or derivative works
- Country of copyright holder vs country of infringer
- other factors

Sadly, I don't believe there is anything at all that you can do UNLESS you have enough money to handle substantial legal costs.

The best, fastest, least expensive, immediate course of action is a cease and desist letter. You can use an attorney (to make it scarier sounding for them), but it's not legally necessary.

If they know they are in the wrong using copyrighted materials that do not belong to them (with no attribution otherwise), and got caught, it should be more than enough to compel them to remove the item(s).
