Bought LucisArt 3, missed download

So I am a genius...purchased LucisArt 3 but missed the download button, never saw it on the order confirmation page, being used that companies email you a download link. Not so Lucis Art. You have 1 chance to download it, afterward you cannot get access....I have a valid serial number but no product LOL. They don't open again until Monday....any ideas ?

Not to mention - where was the download link ? Not to mention, what kind of a company has policies like that ? Who doesn't email a download link ? This is so screwed.

I have talked to the owner, Barbara Williams, in the past and she is a wonderful person to deal with. I do not think you will have a problem if you call them on Monday.
