File size is big due to the video content. I just start the download and let it do its thing in the background.

The whole idea of podcasts is integration with Apple's iTunes. You don't have to use iTunes to listen to or watch podcasts, but if you do you can "subscribe" to any podcast or vidcast and it will dl in the background as each new installment becomes available.

As for this vidcast, they do demonstrate some good tips, but please keep in mind it's essentially a promotional tool for Kelby's various publishing concerns, so most of the links are going to be for companies he owns, and most of the reviews are going to be for stuff he publishes or products from his advertisers (so don't expect a lot of pans).

As I said... if you don't do iTunes, you can download any/all the movies at
http://www.photoshopguys.com

Sure, it's commercial and there are a lot of plugs, but like Tivo, you can fast forward through it if you are so inclined. As far as Scott Kelby, sure he promotes his stuff, but 99% of his "suff" (books, cds, magazines etc) are excellent sources. I've got his WOW books going back to Photoshop version 5. Layers magazine is jammed packed with tutorials and articles and are program specific not platform specific. His Photoshop books are have been in the top ten PhotoShop Books on Amazon a number of times.

I've attended Photoshop seminars given by NAPP and I've known Kelby personally for 13 years.

What I should have said was that this is not really for people on dial up.
It was to give a idea of the time it would take to download. Plus if you don't put them on a disc or delete, you could soon use some serious amount of space on the hard drive.
