| I ran into a snag. Have been hired to paint a photo of a poet, who has died, for a book cover. They asked that I remove him from the background which includes other people and would like me to replace the background with a "jazzy" background ...primarily brown with yellow and purples mixed in. I don't know what that means and they can't seem to articulate it any better... they said it is common in books of poetry, but I'm not having luck finding anything....argh! Would anyone have any ideas?? Thanks in advance... ~Nancy~ overdrawn at the memory bank! _______________________________________________________ www.fixthepixs.com |

| Hi Nancy, If you go to Amazon.com and type in the word Poetry, you will see the jackets of 29,427 books on the subject. Chapters.ca will give you another 30,000. There are lots ideas. Lots of jazzy covers among the conservative ones. Good luck with your cover. Regards, Murray |
