HQ Photos to Practice Photo Retouching?

Does anyone know of any websites where we can get hold of high quality untouched portraits to then retouch on. Im looking for ones where you can get photos larger than 1MB.
Any help will be appreciated

Another good source is the Government @ "The Library Of Congress"
The Library of Congress >> Prints & Photographs Division >> Prints & Photographs Online Catalog.
I searched with: head-and-shoulders (with - dashes -)

I got 8224 records... clicked Purple button that says "Preview Images" ... went thru the pages
