Danny...I don't mean to highjack your thread...we can start a new one if you'd like...but I was thinking this thread could keep info related to "coffee table books". I wanted to start a thead where anyone could post a "coffee table" book they found they they really liked. I'm personally intested in improving my layout.

Leave the first one as "experiences with publishers" - use this one for design resources, examples.
