How to make a retouching video for youtube??

Can anyone tell me which software I need to make a videos like these:

Are there tutorials on this subject?

I'm thinking of including it on my website but haven't got a clue how it's done

Here is a link to a thread on ReTouchPro that with links to a couple web pages that compare screencasting software. Lots to choose from depending on OS, functionality, and cost. I have used Screenflow on a Mac yet there are many others.

Also, if you subscribe to Lynda.com they have a tutorial about Screencasting. I found it quite useful especially if you are going to record yourself giving a tutorial.

Thanks guys! I certainly will post my first video

Acually one is finished (done in Screenflow) but when you export it says 'demo' in HUGE letters so I have to think reall hard if I want to purchase it.
