This is the right place for a first try at artifying photos.
The attachment is a little too small to see what you did. It looks like a lovely photo though!

Usually one can upload 8"x10" image at ~ 80-90 ppi (Image Size).

Use Photoshop's File > Save for Devices and Web command to fine tune file size below 100KB.

From thumbnail it looks like a pretty garden. Look fwd. to seeing a larger version.
