| Saving work in Painter X Hi I just rejoined after a while , got a question re Painter X say I open a file /clone/start autopainting ------can I stop and start again tomorrow where I was?????            |

| Re: Saving work in Painter X Welcome back!  re: can I stop and start again tomorrow where I was????? Yes... absolutely. Just File > Save... either in .RTF or .PSD format, File > Close, take a break, File > Open later and you're good to go. Does this help? |

| Re: Saving work in Painter X If the question was, "will the autopainting pick up where it stopped yesterday?" the answer is no. Autopainting starts from the beginning every time you start it. You can pause by clicking with the mouse or pen on the image (or hit the stop button), and then resume, but if you want to close the file and start up again tomorrow, it will not "remember" where it was yesterday.
