blue skys in digital paintings

Hi all,
where do i find a tutorial on filling in tree backgrounds ,in a digital photo painting, e.g. the white sky bits,

once had a plug in for photoshop ,however can,t remember where???

Thanks for the tip swampy, I remember that plug in now ,it was called Mehdi ,eraser classic, anyone have any success with this one ? found it good for some skys.
