transformation two ways trip

Hello RetouchPro friends,

A long time ago, I saw the photo of a beautiful young girl visage transformed by a very gifted photoshopist into a very old woman with the indications of how he did it. I dont remember where it was and who he is.

My question : from an analogic job, is it possible to get the explanations step by step how to bring back the beautiful girl picture from the one transformed?
