| | | Danny, I used a modified Crackled Paint 1 style. I painted in some color on the sky and water and ran the style again, this time brushed in on the new colors using a mask.

Thank you, the filters i used (as well as a edge effect layer and ahb)
were Custom ( i do not know anything about this filter except on some paintings it does give a good effect so i try it on most to see what happens ) obviously usm and then maximum ( same as above, but i had not tried this before just tinkering around )

p.s after more tinkering i do not think the maximum makes any real difference to picture must of been seeing things
