Thanks sponge03, after adjusting this image and applying the paint effects, I was surprised how defined the white trees were and the way that they stood out.

I set diffuse glow filter, rich color and high contrast.

Well I have been observing all your images for the challenges for many months and have finally decided to submit one of my own images for this challenge. I realize I'm a bit late with this one since you have moved on.

It is rendered using Painter XI Oil brushes with a follow up in Photoshop CS5 for final sharpening.

This one had a few re-lifes, but still somehow missed this one then. Enjoyed the play now. Some very cool renditions over the near 9 year stretch that this one had.
