I have used 15 filters to create my version of this image. None of them are actually Photoshop filters.... all being 3rd party plugins. The order of application of them is as follows:
1. Paint Engine
2. Photo-Plugins/contrast mask
3. Pog's blurrinator
4. Rosenman/diffuse glow
5. Photo-Plugins/contrast mask
6. Photo-Plugins/contrast mask
7. AAA Filters
8. Red Paw/beautifier
9. Little Ink Pot/xpose
10. Pog's blurrinator
11. Xero/caravaggio
12. Photo-Plugins/contrast mask
13. Mezzo Force Ice/freeze me now
14. Pog's blurrinator
15. Adjustment Layer

Most of these plugins have many variables so it would be difficult to duplicate my image without the specific settings used. I have them recorded if anyone is interested.
