Paint Engine Preset Request & Seeking Texture

Hi I am new to the forum.
Thank you for accepting me.
I have found your info very helpful. Thank you.
I have 2 requests.
The 1st is if there is a preset for Paint Engine called BOLD.
I have searched your posted presets as well as the web & all I find are tutorials that call for the preset but do not tell me what it is.
Can you help me find it?
My 2nd request is whether or not there is a tutorial of sorts in which to create Felt like texture. Or a plug-in that will create this effect.
I use Paint Shop Pro.

Yes to question 1. Here it is:
Bold;1,1,0,0,0,7,5,35,19,1,100,166,22,111,-6,4,0,7,25,2
You'll have to add the appropriate prefix to it and put in your fmachine.ini file. I'll leave question 2 to someone else.

I think making felt is a secret.
Also creating stitches.
There are just no help to find.
I know there is a way because I see samples of things.
