Swampy's Double Matte Frame Action

I have just added a download to my tutorials page for a PS action that will create a double matte for your artwork. There is a read.me file included with info on the steps included in the action and how to use it. Just follow the "Tutorials Link" in my signature and you'll find the download at the bottom of the Tutorials table.

The action does create and work on a copy of your original art, but your artwork will be flattened to a JPEG so if you save it, just be careful you don't over write your original PSD file.

Swampy, I see the table listing. The item at the bottom reads "Download my favorite PST Brush Tools." When I download and expand it, I get a folder containing an "Installation and Use.rtf" file and "Swampy's Brushes.tpl" file." I don't see a file or any link to an actions file. Where is it?
