Looking for distortion software

I'm looking for any software tht can distort an image. Like FP flexify, swerve, and ornament. Anything where you can apply the filter and the photo object is no longer recognizable as the object, OR is grossly only an approximation of the original object. Freebies would be nice, but any suggestions would be helpful

I like Toadies filters, and they're free.
