Photo-Based Art Emulating natural-media painting techniques

Arizona Village

This is a photo I took out the car window on the Interstate. I put and edge layer on top, blurred the second layer, and added a sandstone texture.

Besides a very nice photo, I especially like this effect, Bobbie.

By "blurred the second layer" it looks like you used Blur > Smart Blur (normal).

Very nice results.
