Please find attached my attempt. I cut out the centre of the flower and ran the Extrude filter over the background. Just for good measure I added a few energy bolts. It's a bit of a Frankenlily now I gues.

| | | Not enough posts here, so I decided to give it a shot.....
Curvels, levels, and selective color adjustment layers on various parts of the lily.
Changed overlay of final levels layer to Screen and merged.
Messed around with Glass, Paint Daubs and Brush Strokes to get the final effect with just a little bit of canvas texture.
I hesitated with this pic, as it is pretty dang nice to begin with!
