| | | F1 fan wanting you to create a masterpeice Please put this in the correct forum, not sure where it would go, thanks.
Ok here is your challenge.....
My partners nephew is a cute little guy called Jenson who loves formula one, and most of all loves Ferrari's Michael Schumacher.
The challenge is to remove the background from the picture i will enclose, and make this into a kind of collage or part drawing, painting but this has to be in colour and also alot of red and black, also if you want to add the Ferrari logo which is a yellow badge with a black horse.
So this can either be a collage, or a colour pencil drawing or a colour painting of Jenson and his hero.
Please keep the Jenson picture on this forum only as he is only 4 yrs old and would appreciate this is kept here.
Thank you
Happy creating!!! |

| | | Here is mine... This is what i did, i took the background from the picture, and added Jenson onto another layer, removed that background and replaced it with a white background, i then did a painting of Ferrari's Michael Schumacher just the helmet and face, then i added the Ferrar logo for effect, then added a striking red and black frame, and added a false signature, just for fun signature. I did try to do trimoons tut on the child but it didn't turn out as it should have, it still looks like a photo, which i didnt want it to.
Show me what you can do...Any budding f1 fans out there? |

| | | Vaaaarooom!
1. Cropped out the child
2. Added Sebring Race photo to background
3. Added the Ferrari logos to the wall in the background
4 Adjusted saturations and levels so elements would match better
5. Selected the child's face and darkened it slightly and added a little saturation
6. Applied a little film grain to logos and child so they better matched the grain in the background photo. |

| | | I should imagine he would be, that's a pretty serious price hike.
I'm on the York side of Leeds, but I know Halifax well, I spent a lot of time installing and repairing fax machines at Halifax Building Society on Trinity Road.
I was'nt totally happy with the prancing horse shield, so I've replaced it with a Ferrari logo, I think it looks better, but I'll leave you to judge. |

York is a place i remember visiting as a child, i have only been to Leeds twice, both times with my boyfriend, i have to say i thought Leeds was a very colourful place <wink> |

Yes I do understand completely! Sebring is 15 miles up the road from me and I have gone to the Sebring Grand Prix since the 60's, but I just wanted to put a plug in for it. :-) |
