The first, I use Photoshop with Impressionist. Then I apply Alien Skin Splat and Painter. I do paintings by hands, applying brushes Clone and Oil. Then various layers blending. Sorry, but my English does not allow in more details to speak about techniques of paintings.

Street Harpist; a watercolor

Started out with the Caravagio/Retinex combo that I used on an earlier rendering, but then I added GREYCstoration and then CheryH's Fingerpaint1 (mods) with different settings on different layers and did some selective erasing.

Attached is a crop; here's the complete rendering.
