New watercolor flowers

I never know if I am putting my new creations in the right forum or not so please tell me if I am doing it right.
here are two more examples of Steves watercolor and Alcor water color 3
The first one is without simpifing and the second is with and the third is Steveswatercolor done on two layers with a change in the blending.
Tell me what you think - I just love the watercolor look and trying them out. and changing to suit my style.

You're beyond being a rookie, so can put these in the main Photo art forum. (I'll move this thread in a minute.)

There are many types of watercolor effect and I like the direction you're going here.

Assuming you're using Photoshop, a different approach for getting a watercolor look is described in a free sample from the Photoshop Wow book...

I think you'll like it.

I preferred the one on the right (middle image of the three).
