Apologies in advance

..for this example lacking culture and class, but as someone earlier said "this wanted to get out". Almost hate to post it amid all these great images but here goes.. ".. in this corner"

Talk about "variety"...amazing results everyone....

Thanks for a rare photo Danny!

Done in Painter...quickly! Hope it looks okay, heavily compressed. A pity we couldn't up the ante on sizes sometimes.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

I don't know whether it's one I should be proud of though! But I had fun with it, and I'll try to contain my lack of culture , for a while anyway
You should all probably thank Danny for this.. "* For each mini-challenge, post up to two (2) interpretations" or who knows where I might have gone with it.

Glad it brought a chuckle to you all, Now back to our regularly scheduled real photo based art..

Not going to go there.

Cool idea though. Maybe can interpret that the couple had a long day riding horses.

Thanks to danny, margaretm, garazon for your supportive comments.

RL I liked your colorful interpretation.
Kraelin, I liked your water effect on Garazon's image hehe.
dbuckle, you added a nice new background !
Great renditions by all.
My compliments to danny on the selection of this great image, which is bringout out the creative interpretations of many.

This is my second rendition, simple version with dark coloring !
