A Painted Flower that Looks Like Glass

I discovered this technique, to make a flower (or probably anything else) look like it's made of glass, at 3 a.m. this morning. Now If I can just just repeat the process I'll have to write a tutorial. See a larger version HERE

The original painting, HERE , was done in Deep Paint 2.0 (the free one). Then, by what must have been Divine Inspiration, it dawned on me how to bring the 5.8 MB tif file, from Deep Paint, into Photoshop WITH LIGHTING EFFECTS INTACT!! A lot of you know what this means, I'm sure. The only thing I did, after I brought the tif file in Photoshop, was adjust the levels a bit. Wahoo, I'll be having fun now!

I'm off to Texas for a month. More on this when I return. I will be checking into RetouchPRO while I'm gone.

When I saw this a few days ago, it reminded me of a fantastic tutorial found here: http://dawnofdesign.info/dod_tut_tcm.htm

Enjoy,

Janet
