If I had a rainy day picture I'd be doing a Steve imitation right now. Just a beginner at this, but I promised myself that I'd always post no matter what, for the benefit of learning.
Couldn't figure out the nice wood carving/wood burning stuff. I couldn't pass up the 'stonger than oak' allegory (?). So when my wood carving came out flat and dull and decided to colorize. Not too happy about it. Cheesy and common. |

Yours reminds me of Amish folk art. I especially like the resizing you did to the wood to fit the subject. |
