| | | Creative interpretations: Ice Dancers I thought this one has a lot of potential.
Thoughts...
* Knock out the people in the background
* Use lighting effects to simulate spotlights
???
...or whatever tickles your artistic fancy.
Have fun...

| | | Abstract art, anyone? Top layer: Background copy (blend mode = Color Burn)
Bottom: Background copy to which the Nik Color Efex Pro "Pop Art" filter was applied.
It's colorful, if nothing else. |

| | Two ideas initially
Ultimately I wanted to take them out of an ice-skating environment. So the black and white image is inside a lantern, and the colour is on top of some tulips. I could do variations like this all day |

| | | Adding a little Jiggle to my flow. I've been experimenting with blending Impressionist (used KentC's Cezanne with a few modifications) with Eye Candy's Jiggle filter. Obviously, I did some additional things (mainly saturation and color adjustments with some reverse painting techniques (i.e., selective erasing to let the base layer details through)). Hope you all like the end result. Sort of an abstract Gouche. |

| | | Thanks to KentC. Kent recently passed me some of his private collection of Impressionist plugins. One of the sets were CherylH's FingerPaint:1 preset which, with some selective smudging/cloning and contrast enhancements yielded the watercolor that I've attached. |

| | | Nice, Palms. That is a very subtile lighting effect and goes so well with your version. :-) |
