| | | Fun picture, Palms.. :-)
Feelin' kiinda funky today. Not my normal "style".
Duplicate, did a wild curves layer, set to soft light blend mode merge down. Find edges.
The second version is an easy fix for the glare in the window.
Load the luminacity (Mac Option+Command+~), copy to a new layer, invert then set the blend mode to difference. Think of it as a "double negative". Add a mask and paint out areas that you don't want affected.

| | | Cute picture! What kind of dog is that Palms? Reminds me of those wolf dogs at the Renaissance festivals.
I used Painter with a variety of brushes. My genetic clone brush was greyed out, Goose so I did not have your problems.
