here's another done with one of my filter forge filters. melted glass, porcelain, wet plastic? not sure

I've been working on this technique for what seems like ages. I started with a tutorial but couldn't achieve the results I wanted using it. So I pretty much scrapped the whole thing and began my own journey into unknown realms. Finally, I have a picture I can post.

Barbara...Love your watercolor....have had a go in GIMP and so far like what i can do...thanks for the inspiration...
