Do any of you know if there is a filter for windows and/or Photoshop that comes close to the watercolor filter that Barbara used?

the Gimp is an open source (free) graphic editor. it's quite good and still being supported.

No prejudice here...(insert big cheesy grin)...But Judy, yours is by far the one I like the best. That's not to say others aren't as good, just that my subjective opinion likes this one the best.
