Patricia, has Ray mentioned anything lately about a slight leak he may have noticed in the boat?

Just couldn't leave Ray in that condition. So here is another go.

Seriously, that's a nice looking vessel. To look as sleek and seaworthy as she looks today, she had to have been built with loving care. Some people have all the talent!

Oh Steve thats great...Ray will be happy to see the lovely renditions of his boat.... He is indeed fantastic at all woodwork, at the moment he is replacing certain parts of his boat, as you know the wood rots...Certainly a labour of love...

Boats are not my strong point mainly cause they go on water !! i prefer dry land, but i would say that it is a labour of love takes me 8 years to get hubby to hammer a nail in
used impressionist and played with lighting effects to get the second

Palms...I like both of them...Impressionist looks good on the boat and i like how the lighting effect makes the sky sort of stormy...

I like boats when i am in and going...dont like the getting in and getting off bit though!!!!

OK; not what you were expecting.

Working a various techniques for simulating daubing. Finally found a good way that uses whatever noise adding method that you like (I chose Cybia's Edgeworks>Glitter preset and Eye Candy's Jiggle preset). The noise diameter has to be of sufficient size for the effect to be acceptible (in my book anyway). You won't appreciate it unless you click on the link below and expand. I attached a resized version to keep Danny happy.

thanks patricia

it reminds me of something i've seen before but cant quite place when and where.

and watch out, patricia; that thing will cause you to miss work, lose sleep and become an annoying, inadvertant salesmen for filter forge

Thank you, Patricia. It was a fun project. I arrived at the colors by using the pencil in the Curves dialog box. Some of the coulds went to gray so I selected the grays with the magic wand and did a Hue Saturation to move the colors over to pinks.
