I can't understand position of the kid, probably her face is most interesting like her back side, but I'm waiting, the earth turn around... I used Levels, Auto color, Paint Daubs, Angled Strokes, embossed layer and texture. Nice photo Palms.

hi - this is my first "artsy" post - what do you think? i am not too happy with my shadowing. i never tried that before.

my favorite picture of my daughters is their backs to the camera looking out onto the ocean, i take one every summer of them, so i thought this would be a great photo to alter to reflect that pose.

Oltenius Lovely posting i wanted this pose as i had in mind a painting on a beach etc ( also her parents are a bit dubious about posting a photo of her face on the web, ( i do have permission for this one though ) )

Philbach great one it as if she is wishing for something or not quite got the world at her feet yet ?

Dm Cher lovely of her on the swan one of my favorite birds

JohnnieB for a first artsy it is spot on and similar to what i had in mind for the photo ( want to do a painting with ahb )

I tried to go for something loose and wild to contrast with the (seemingly) calm nature of the subject (please help me - I'm turning into my art teacher)
I hope the effect is as painterly as I intended, it may have lost a little something in the compression (had to go down to 25%)
