and yes, i have picasa but no, i havent installed it yet. that was all hand work in Paint Shop Pro 10.

Hard to remember what technique I used, long time ago... I think it was an Impressionist>Watercolor, probably Watercolor Style FB combined with xero plg.

Well lots of noise reduction to smooth it out, a version of Swampy's texture mapping thingy tweaked by me, the texture is a separate layer overlaid with a mask base on the blue channel and faded. Thats the main stuff, the texture is the awkward bit. Quote:
