Realism Rules

I really think the beuaty and character of the kitten can be best expressed by an attractive crop and tuning of the colors. My try ....

very nice stosh the crop is good as is the colour tuning which is one of my weak points !

Too cute to leave alone, even after you got what you wanted, Palms!

I fiddled and finally this popped up -- I'm sure the alignment is wrong because I can only do these while following clear written instructions, but the kitty doesn't mind that she's lying in the wrong position.

Thanks for the comments. It's definite on the Venusean side of art (lot's of eye play). I'm surprised no one else has picked up the Kaleidoscope mantra. So easy to do. Just a little bit of preprocessing to make it tileable and then Mehdi's Kaleidoscope filter. Maybe I will see some from you all. Here's a link to the thread that I recently posted another sample of this.
