Great one Craig. Excellent execution of style. I hadn't noticed but you are right. It must be the nose and the mouth.

I've been playing with his face trying new techniques. The first one is a version of HDR that I've been experimenting with. The second is my take on Trimoon's excellent new tutorial (Robert Mitchum) that he just published.

Fascinating images, Janet -- he can appear "innocent" or "dangerous" and a range of possibilities in between -- everyone's having a great time with their renditions.

I'm trying variations of sketches -- adding aniso diffusions and other filters and masks to vary to taste... I think this is sort of "Elizabethan impish"...

your rendition reminds me of that self-portrait by van gogh.

OK; just get me a straight jacket, and ...

...take me to Bryces. lol

Did a cobblestone mosaic this time. Used a little jiggle (Eye Candy) to get the variable stone feel.

Here are my versions, done with layers of lucisart imitation, impressionist on old master and cutout.
