I used Dry Material> Pastel Oil and Pastel Soft, Wet Material> Water Color Wash and Ink Wash. For sharpening I used Image Processing> Sharpen+

Excellent paintings done by all on this lovely photo...
Took me back to 1982....Stayed in Sliema a small fishing village...we hired a car and travelled all around this small island...its beautiful lots of culture,great food, shopping and English is widely spoken...went to see the film set where Popeye was made too....If you ever get the chance do go there, its sister island Gozo is also well worth a visit!!!

I did mine in Photoshop CS2,first with a wet oil AHB and then Indian Ink Edges followed by exposure and framed with an action...
