A little Golf

I can't remember when I last saw a golf pic, so I thought I'd provide one. One is the original (untouched) and the other I used layers and sharpened. I then made a copy and applied watercolor using the buzz filter. I took the watercolor pic and layered it on the original. I created a mask and slightly brought back the details of the face.

Heck Steve i wouldnt do that it was a from a post on dpreview It is very easy to do in ps (sorry) dont know how it works or why maybe someone else does (then you could perhaps get it to work in psp)
but you just
do some text on a background, ( big sort)
drag photo onto top of text
use ctrl-alt-G
and hey presto ( you can move the photo around )

heres a link to the thread for any one interested
