| Hong Kong Night Hi..I am a "Newbee" and love having fun with photos. I found this stock photo and turned it into a scene at night instead of daytime. Used oil brushes and blenders and alot of filters. Had alot of fun doing it although I think it turned out too dark... Hope to learn alot on this forum from all the great work and advice posted .
