must mention the default fmachine that came with PE has no ini after the fmachine title so what i have in Windows is
1) fmachine

2) fmachine.ini

anyway i will play later after the masterpiece i create today lol

Suggest you do the following to get us closer to being on the same page:

1. Open Folder Options in Control Panel by:

• Clicking Start, and then click Control Panel.

• Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.

2. On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders clear the Hide file extensions for known file types check box.

This setting tells Windows to display file name extensions, which will ultimately make your life easier.
