Creative interpretations: Train, BNSF locomotives

Sorry... I kind of blew the highlights in the sky, but the engines are pretty cool aren't they?

Have fun...

Re: Creative interpretations: Train, BNSF locomotives

Great picture of some heavy metal! Had the urge to crop the image in the beginning but glad I didn't. What power those engines have and I feel the entire picture captures that feeling.

Most of my work done in GERTRUDIS using watercolors then over to PS for some texture and hues.

Hope you like what I did.

Nice shot, Danny! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Here's my interpretation, mostly done with the pattern stamp tool.

Here is my one, mostly used screen and soflight in lab as rgb masked by channels, last step was in lab, new layer op 50%, selected channel L, stilyze-find edges except black and white excluded by blending gray.

Thank you for the pict Danny

PST. I used the sky from a different pattern definition for the painted sky in this pic. I wanted a rough masculine look for this watercolor
