Re: possible boring photo

No painting here, just a few histogram tweaks, replacement of sky, cloning out of sign, and burning the board. I wish I had had a few sand pails and shovels or a boat to put in and add another element of interest.

Janet, your photo could have been taken anywhere about 20 miles south of me. :-)

Re: possible boring photo

To me the sky looked ominous, especially the hail clouds way off in the distance, so I used it for effect

Every time I've driven across Kansas, I've been in this kind of weather. I hope your kite flyers have enough sense to get in out of the storm.

Re: possible boring photo

Not a boring picture at all! Great job gang adding birds, people, sunsets, clouds, etc. Very creative work here.

I found this to be an ideal image to use as a basis of a Photoshop action I'm tinkering that simplifies creation of the individual panels. The arty background was rendered with the Impressionist plugin.

Re: possible boring photo

gosh you have been creative over the weekend,

Swampy beautiful coloured sky i could well get into that colour.

Granny that is a omnious sky, I have not caught lightning over the sea yet it is supposed to be awesome,

Danny that looks like a very interesting action, I like the way the eye travels over the different panels
