OB, that looks a lot like one of my filter forge filters, so i'm curious what you used? (no accusations intended; just curious ).

I used Redfield ++ > Bas-Relief @ light -27,27 Smoothness 00 Contrast 100 Radius 12 Intensity 50 on a copied layer of the original then a transparency plugin to eliminate Black on the Bas-Relief layer... Flattened... ran Noiseware then cleaned up a few white spots left over..

The combination of the Bas-relief and Black elimination seem to make a sort of glassy look Quick N easy (sometimes!)

This time I added some Xero filters for the soft focus effects.
