what is 'PST', dee dee? i like that white texturing. has a sort of fragile look to it.

Craig, PST is the Photoshop Patern Stamp Tool. Basically, you save a layer (or layers) as a pattern in Photoshop then you can paint them back with the PST. You can use any brush (oil, chalk, watercolor etc.) with/without texture and when you select a saved layer from the pattern stamp "palette" it in effect loads the graphic into the PST like a "clone" on a 1 to 1 pixel ratio. The brush style gives your painting an effect, while the PST process provides the subject matter and colors. Think of it as a clone tool on steroids.

Lots of nice effects, like em all.
I tried to bring out as much background as I could.

Great subject Palms...there is nothing like a good old English cuppa!!!

Well done all of you ...all good work and interesting interpretations...sorry at the mo cant coment individually...........

I have done 2 with the Redfield Fractalius plugin...fun to do!!!

Palms...actually i drink green tea and other herbal ones...no milk for me...I stopped drinking English style tea about 7 years ago....have an odd capacino though!!!
