I like the way you "Messed Around" with the second one.. I've named it "Blanc on Pastel"..

Very artsy. Nice work!

I think that is a compliment Craig ? wish i would stop and think that images that have a lot of black or white are not that easy to do ! !

When i first saw your thumbnail I thought that, it is going to be too dark, then i opened it and it is quite beautiful and the more you look the more it grows on you, especially the glow from the rose.

Swampy another great one from you .

Re: Cup of Tea ?

Craig, PST is the Photoshop Patern Stamp Tool. Basically, you save a layer (or layers) as a pattern in Photoshop then you can paint them back with the PST. You can use any brush (oil, chalk, watercolor etc.) with/without texture and when you select a saved layer from the pattern stamp "palette" it in effect loads the graphic into the PST like a "clone" on a 1 to 1 pixel ratio. The brush style gives your painting an effect, while the PST process provides the subject matter and colors. Think of it as a clone tool on steroids.

Lots of nice effects, like em all.
I tried to bring out as much background as I could.

Re: Cup of Tea ?

Strange goings on here, I have just noticed that the answer i had posted to Peter's post isn't here ?Now i know i wrote it, did i accidentally delete it ? or post it somewhere else ? My brain must be in holiday mode already ! ! ! !

The gist of it was,"great work Peter although it does look like the frog is back to haunt us"
