Thought I'd see what he would look like as a watercolour

Swampy,
Your pictures are worse than potato chips - ya can't do just one.

I keep thinking that I'll just take a "relatively" few minutes and submit one. Yah Right!!

I end up doing a dozen or more and then have to choose a couple of favorites. And before that I have to find where the heck I managed to store them.

Normally, my approaches work better on buildings or landscapes but this picture lent itself better than most.

The one on the left is a Danny R action that I rediscovered a few days ago and the one on the right is a Pencil Pixels action. Both have several tweaks along the way.

Regards

Bob Mc

Only trying to make a handful of nickels Palms. lol

And Dee Dee; names Lyle, not Lonnie (man, I wish I would have stuck with my usual handle when I joined RetouchPRO, but I didn't at that time and I guess it's too late now; lol).

I'm so sorry, Lyle... My bad. I'd blame it on old age, but that would be an excuse and there is no excuse for forgetting your name. :-(

Re: Creative Interpretations - A Chief in the Maki

Progress came and took its toll,
And in the name of flood control,
They made their plans and they drained the land,
Now the glades are going dry.
And the last time I walked in the swamp,
I sat upon a Cypress stump,
I listened close and I heard the ghost,
Of Osceola cry.

John Anderson, "Seminole Wind". It's almost an anthem around here.
