Thanks LQQKER. Used G'MIC's Bilateral filter in creative ways for the result.

Hey Cathy; sort of a combination of my circlism binge with my marble binge. The detail issue is the problem that I really never resolved with circlism. Only real way is to place and size the dots manually for the details needed, and I'm way too lazy for that. lol

Glad you liked the results overall though.
