Creative Interpretations: Before school breakfast

Not sure if this is a good one to play with, but, thought I'd share and let you decide if you want to play with it.

Re: Creative Interpretations: Before school breakf

Thanks for playing, guys! I hesitated to post this pic because of the poor lighting and drab coloring. Lyle, as I've said before, I always look forward to your renditions and this one strikes me as kind of a sci-fi, really cool! Ol'B, I never would've thought of bas relief but I think that it worked really well here.

I recently returned from a trip to my old hometown, Chicago, when I have time to upload, I'll hopefully have some interesting shots of Navy Pier, etc.. to share here.

Nice job Steve, is that line art and what else? I really like the framework too, thanks for playing!

After tweaking the image to bring out the subjects a bit more and brighten it up a bit, I used Snap art and Buzz. Then just tweaked a little more and added the streaky frame.

Thanks much!

I used Corel Painter Essentials 4, it's Impressionist default setting and then the Surface Texture with the image luminance pull down for the brush stroke effect.

Nicely done Gunner, nice coloring to a drab picture and the brush strokes are great!
