Re: An old car to play with

As usual, you guys were fantastic with your creativity!

Swampi: great comp. the pumps even look like they were from the period
Kraelin: I don't know about you, but I can hear the bullets flying
CathyH: One word: superb! One day I'll learn how to do that
Oltenius: Very nice. It reminds me of a Leroy Neeman painting
Joeven: Loved the combination of desaturated colors and dramatic feel

Re: An old car to play with

I just wanted to touch on this entry for a second.
Frank, you certainly got your monies worth out of this image huh?

I just have to take my hats off to every single one of you who submitted to this one. You took a photo (a nice shot but nothing mind blowing - no disrespect to you Frank) and turned it into incredible artwork, over and over and over. I submitted once but thought of removing it after being humbled by the caliber of work presented. This is a fine example of the members of this site and the awesome pool of talent we are immersed in. From newbie to senior sage, it's an honor to bounce work and ideas back and forth with all of you. In a world where I try to learn a little something new each day, this is a great place to make sure it happens.
Everyone have a great weekend.

Chris
