Vignetting with the Patch Tool

Hello all,

not sure if you know this technique, if so, please ignore.
Make a composite layer of you work and define it as a pattern, place a blank layer above, fill it with your desired color. Make a selection with the rectangular/ecliptical etc. tool with a suitable feather amount. Get the patch tool, select the previous defined pattern and click on the Use Pattern button, and wait for the healing to be done...works best on pastells
